JIIDCO was incorporated in 2004 under the Companies Act, 1956 with a view to develop and maintain infrastructure facilities for systematic growth of industries in Jharkhand. JIIDCO is providing Engineering expertise in all fields of Civil and IT to developing organization around the Jharkhand. We are constantly striving to develop quality infrastructure facilities for industrial and economic growth of the state. Varied nature of required infrastructure support is met through development of industrial complexes, Industrial Parks, Industrial Region etc. JIIDCO is an apex body of Government of Jharkhand to maximize capital investment for its accelerated economic development and generation of employment opportunities. JIIDCO has been working as Nodal Agency for the development of industries under various schemes of Govt. of India such as schemes of Ministry of MSME, Ministry of Chemical and Petrochemicals, Ministry of Commerce and Industries etc.
Jharkhand has been in the forefront when it comes to the development of the Industrial Ecosystem in the recent past. The Ecosystem Development focusses on promoting inward investments into the state, getting ready for New Age and Sustained Technologies, by ensuring efficient Infrastructure (both logistics and industrial infrastructure) as well as a focussed approach to developing new industrial areas.
